Called Roman Rooter at 8am with a completely backed-up kitchen drain. They were at my house by 10am and had it cleared in under an hour. Friendly, professional, and the price was exactly what they quoted. Will absolutely call them again.
I've used a few plumbers over the years and Roman Rooter is by far the best. They replaced my water heater quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. No mess, no hassle. Highly recommend.
Had a pipe burst at midnight on a Sunday. Roman Rooter answered immediately and had someone at my house within 45 minutes. Saved my floors from serious water damage. Worth every penny.
We had a major sewer line issue that two other companies said would take weeks. Roman Rooter came out, assessed it the same day, and had us back to normal in two days. Straight shooters — they told us exactly what was wrong and what it would cost.
We had a hidden leak that was driving up our water bill. Roman Rooter found it in under an hour using their detection equipment. Fixed it the same visit. I can't believe we waited so long to call.
We manage several commercial properties and Roman Rooter is our go-to for all plumbing needs. They're responsive, professional, and always show up when they say they will. That reliability is everything in property management.
I've been burned by plumbers before who tack on fees after the job. Roman Rooter gave me a clear quote before they started and that's exactly what I paid. The tech was polite, explained everything, and got it done fast. This is my plumber from now on.
Tree roots had gotten into our main line and were causing slow drains throughout the house. Roman Rooter came out the same afternoon, ran the rooter, and cleared the whole line. Explained what caused it and what to watch for. Super professional.
Our old water heater finally gave out. Roman Rooter had a new one installed the next morning. The tech was on time, worked clean, and hauled away the old unit. Hot water was back before noon. Couldn't ask for more.
Sewage backup on Memorial Day weekend — not exactly how I wanted to spend the holiday. Roman Rooter picked up the phone, came out within two hours, and had everything cleared and cleaned up. Didn't charge an arm and a leg for the holiday call either. Genuinely impressed.
